Apartments and renting conditions RESIDENCE FONTANELLE

Minimum stay 7 days.

The apartment will be ready from 12.00 am on arrival day and available until 10.00 am on departure day.

Please, return the apartments in clean condition. There are garbage containers available (for our environment, we observe waste separation).

The maximum number of persons staying in one apartment is determined acc. to booking.

The rent per apartment includes:

• Rent
• Electricity, water, gas, air conditioning and heating.

With the reception of the apartment keys a deposit of 200€ will be asked for. The sum will be returned to you after having  the apartment checked for possible damages and cleanliness.

RESIDENCE FONTANELLE offering:

• Lift
• Flat screen Sat-TV with international programs.
• Dish washer
• Microwave oven
• Garden with pool
• Cots  and baby´s high chairs on request.

In the name of all our clients we ask everybody to avoid making noise after 22.00.
